Gardner syndrome

Familial adenomatous polyposis syndrome (FAP) variant.

Triad

1. Multiple osteomas (Mandible > Skull vault > Sinuses).
2. Colonic polyposis (Premalignant).
3. Soft tissue tumours (Desmoid tumours, Epidermoid cysts).

Exam pearl: Osteomas often precede the colonic polyps. Finding multiple osteomas in a young patient warrants a GI referral.
