Fibroepithelial lesions are biphasic tumors characterized by proliferation of both stromal and epithelial components.

• Fibroadenoma
• Phyllodes tumor
• Tubular adenoma

Key Exam Challenge: Differentiating cellular fibroadenoma from benign phyllodes tumor (often impossible on imaging; requires excision).
